General Provisions & Definitions

  1. By using or accessing any part of the Futuur website, mobile app, API, or other Futuur service (the Platform), and by registering an account, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our AML Policy, and any additional policies, rules or guidelines posted on the Platform (collectively, the Terms). Please read the Terms carefully; if you do not agree with them and/or cannot accept them, do not use, visit or access the Platform.
  2. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date displayed within these Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
  3. Futuur is operated by Futuur Anjouan Ltd., an Anjouan company with offices at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros ("Futuur", and together with its managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, shareholders and other principals, collectively, “Futuur Parties”, or “We”).
  4. Reference to “you”, “your”, “customer”, “user” or “player” shall mean any person or entity using the Platform and/or any registered user of the Platform.
  5. ‘’Games’’ and “Markets” shall refer interchangeably to the prediction markets that Futuur makes available on its platform. These Markets are structured in the form of a question with a finite number of possible outcomes, where users can trade shares in such outcomes and be rewarded for accurate predictions.

  1. "Predictions”, "Bets”, or "Wagers" are used interchangeably in this document to describe the various types of activities that you, as a user, may engage in on the Platform within our Games.
  2. The Platform offers two distinct service categories:
  3. “Real Money Service” refers to any activity or transaction using a currency with monetary value, encompassing cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum, as well as “fiat” currencies such as USD, EUR, BRL.
  4. “Play-Money Service” refers to any activity or transaction that is denominated in a currency with no monetary value, such as Futuur’s in-house, play money currency called “Ooms”, also designated using the symbol ø. All activity on Futuur, including both real money and play money activity, is for entertainment purposes only.
  5. All activities on Futuur, encompassing both real money and play money transactions, are intended solely for entertainment purposes.

Use of The Platform

  1. We operate the Platform as a prediction market service, where users can view forecasts and make predictions on future events by buying and selling shares in event outcomes, as well as propose new markets and interact with other users.
  2. You will access and use the Platform and participate in the Platform for lawful purposes only and only in accordance with these Terms and the guidelines, policies, restrictions and agreements on the Platform.
  3. Futuur will have sole discretion to make any and all determinations regarding any Game or Prediction on the Platform. All such determinations by us are final and binding.
  4. You will not do, or assist anyone else to do, any of the following on or through the Platform:
  5. conduct any fraudulent, criminal offense or other unlawful activity;
  6. influence or try to influence, directly or indirectly, the outcome of a Game.
